Does Resolving PTSD Quickly Really Work?

When people hear that PTSD can be resolved quickly—often within a day or two—they’re understandably sceptical. After all, conventional approaches to PTSD treatment suggest that healing is a slow, arduous process that can take months or even years. Therapies like EMDR, cognitive behavioural therapy, and prolonged exposure require countless sessions, and medication only suppresses symptoms without addressing the root cause. So how can the Boulderstone Technique achieve results so rapidly?
This scepticism is natural, but the answer lies in understanding how the Boulderstone Technique works. It’s not magic, nor is it a shortcut. It’s a method that aligns with the flow of life force to address trauma at its source, bypassing the time-consuming and often painful processes that traditional therapies rely on.

The Root of PTSD: Traumatic Memories
At the heart of every case of PTSD lies one or more traumatic incidents, stored as memories. These memories aren’t static, like files in a computer. Instead, they are dynamic, reconstructed each time they are recalled. This is why someone with PTSD may seem unaffected at times, only to experience intense flashbacks, nightmares, or anxiety—not just when a memory is triggered by an external event, but sometimes when the mind senses an opportunity to process it.
Your mind is always working toward resolution, and it may replay traumatic memories when it believes you are safe enough to handle them. Unfortunately, this often happens at inappropriate times—like in bed, while driving, or in other moments where the feelings overwhelm rather than resolve. Without the tools to process the memory fully, this well-meaning effort by the mind can feel like further torment.
Traditional therapies often attempt to process these memories through talking or reframing them cognitively. While these methods can be effective, they are also prone to retraumatisation, where reliving the memory becomes overwhelming. The Boulderstone Technique takes a different approach, one that works with the life force to process trauma gently and efficiently.
When a memory is recalled, only a small portion—what I call a “hologram” of the memory—needs to be accessed to begin healing. Words aren’t necessary; the therapist simply guides the patient to think about the incident. Through touch, by holding the patient’s head, the therapist can sense when the memory begins to approach an overwhelming state.
This is where precision comes in. Before the patient becomes overwhelmed, the therapist stops the retrieval process and helps them process the small portion of the memory that has been accessed. By working in this way—step by step, moment by moment—the entire memory can be processed without re-traumatisation.
Why Conventional Therapies Take Longer
Most conventional therapies are like digging a tunnel with a spoon. They rely on patients accessing their trauma in a linear way, often requiring them to relive the experience over and over. This process is not only slow but can also be deeply distressing for the patient.
The Boulderstone Technique, on the other hand, works directly with the life force to clear trauma at its source. The life force, which is the energy that drives all healing and growth, knows exactly what needs to be processed and in what order. By allowing the life force to guide the process, we can avoid the unnecessary detours and delays that traditional therapies often create.
This isn’t just about speed—it’s about effectiveness. When the life force is allowed to flow freely, healing happens naturally and permanently. Patients don’t just feel better temporarily; they experience a lasting resolution to their trauma.
The Role of the Still Point
A key part of the Boulderstone Technique is connecting the patient to a state of stillness—a still point—where the life force can flow freely. This isn’t a mystical or static state; it’s dynamic, alive, and deeply grounded in the present moment.
When a patient reaches the still point, their trauma can be processed without resistance or overwhelm. It’s like untangling a knot: rather than pulling at the ends and making it tighter, you gently work with it, loosening the tension until the knot disappears entirely.
The still point is where the mind, body, and life force align. It’s not something that can be forced or rushed, but once it’s achieved, the process of healing becomes effortless.
Is It Too Good to Be True?
I understand why people might think so. We’ve been conditioned to believe that deep healing must take a long time, that it must be painful, and that we must “work hard” for it. But the truth is, the life force doesn’t operate on those terms.
When we remove the barriers to the life force—barriers created by fear, resistance, and unprocessed trauma—healing happens naturally. It’s not a matter of willpower or effort; it’s about allowing the life force to do what it’s designed to do.
The Boulderstone Technique is not a shortcut, nor is it a miracle cure. It’s a precise, thoughtful method that works with the natural flow of life force to resolve trauma safely and permanently. The speed of the process is a testament to its effectiveness, not a sign that it’s superficial or incomplete.
The Proof Is in the Results
Thousands of people have experienced the life-changing effects of the Boulderstone Technique. Many come to me after years of trying other therapies, feeling hopeless and resigned to living with PTSD forever. They are often astonished at how quickly and gently their trauma can be resolved.
One patient, Ann, described her experience like this: “It’s like a weight has been lifted. I didn’t believe it was possible to feel this free, and yet here I am.”
These results aren’t unusual—they’re the natural outcome of working with the life force to process trauma at its root.
A Clear Path to Healing
If you’ve struggled with PTSD or other forms of trauma, you might feel sceptical about the idea of quick resolution. That’s understandable. But I encourage you to consider this: what if healing doesn’t have to be long and painful? What if there’s a way to resolve trauma that works with your body and mind, rather than against them?
The Boulderstone Technique offers a clear path to healing. It’s not magic, and it’s not a shortcut. It’s a method grounded in the natural flow of life force, designed to help you find peace, quickly and safely.
When you’re ready to let go of the past and embrace the still point, I’ll be here to guide you.
